My friend dfrance just let me know:

"I'm heading out [snip] tomorrow for the Iowa premier or "Man vs Snake":

http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi3248207641?ref_=tt_ov_vi

[snip] Billy Mitchell, Walter Day and others will be there. [snip] will get as many pics as possible with these guys and my "Smitdogg" cardboard puppet-on-a-popsicle-stick. "

ICON is a phenomenal event with a lot of awesome people. I am truly saddened I wasn't able to go this year. And Billy is one hell of a standup guy as well.

Man Vs Snake is an awesome documentary and Tim McVey is one awesome dude as well! Anyone in or near Iowa should head on town to see this doc and meet some legends!

Saw it back in April in Philly, really enjoyable documentary. I appear in the chat toward the end of the movie.

For those that have never met him, Billy is VERY cool, very friendly, and very funny (and very tall).

Yea, all of them did. In the "Man vs Snake" documentary you can see a MAME cab behind Dwayne Richard (I think he also had a dedicated Nibbler at his home).

> On Like Donkey Kong

Code:

You’ll have to pay if you use the phrase “It’s on like Donkey Kong”

Don’t try using that phrase casually, though, as Nintendo – which has actually trademarked the catchphrase – now has legal rights to the popular quip. According to announcements at the time of the company’s request from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, this was done “in honor” of the then-impending debut of Donkey Kong Country Returns.

They only have rights over it's use in trade. They have the same rights over the name Nintendo and Donkey Kong.

Using the phrase "casually" is fine.
