When i program my ipac and test all the buttons work fine. Does the new set buttons get lost if the ipac is unplugged?
When i remove it from my pc the button setup goes back to default.

This really should be moved to the Ultimarc Forum

It should retain it's new programming.

If you're talking about physically removing it from the PC then I'm not sure about that but I would imagine it should. You'd have to ask Andy to be sure.
Even with that in mind I would still program it and save your set-up to file so all you have to do is load it again instead of re-configuring everything over & over. If you want, rename the default file to something like default_backup & save yours as the default. Then have it load that on boot just in case.(Though you shouldn't have to do that. Just an idea, there's many ways you can do it.)
Hope that helps...

Pessimist: Oh, this can't get any worse!
Optimist: Yes, it can!

I'm wondering whether you're even saving the configuration. Make sure.
