Has anyone received anything like this that was not full of typos, or would proper spelling and grammar be even more suspicious these days?

I've heard the hypothesis that the typos/crappy grammar act as a first filter to eliminate those too smart to be swindled.

I don't even get this stuff. I get maybe five spam emails a year.

A few days ago I and several of my teammates at work received emails "confirming" our order of several hundred dollars worth of polo shirts. It was obviously spam, but I hovered over the "track your order" link to see where it would lead. The word exploit was actually right there in the url.
I thought, that was nice of them to make it really obvious. At the time I figured I was the only one who had received it, so I made a joke about it to my team. Turns out two of them had already clicked the link.
