I don't have any other tools to compile with. Understandable If anyone knows who is making them, if they can be trusted then let me know, i don't know weather to delete it or keep it at the moment. Thank you. I noticed LA Machine Guns is showing full textures but only 1 level is playable like in MAME, the night time level is playable but the day time levels are showing full textures in the intro and demos, and Virtua Fighter 3 is showing full textures as well and the color in other games that still have broken textures the colors look more accurate.
