I have an issue; I think from v4.0.26.
I use "Merged Sets" for MESS roms and the problem is with genesis system. The code is internal; so, no set for genesis but its clone, genesis_tmss, needs a set and then the problem appears. If I have genesis.zip then genesis_tmss set missing although tmss_usa.bin is inside genesis.zip, and if I have genesis_tmss.zip then genesis set missing.
I hope it could be fixed.

The correct way for merged sets *is* to have only the genesis archive in your rompath which holds the genesis_tmss files inside. And that scenario works fine. You should double check your archive and your settings (e.g. if all sets and check options are enabled)...and you should use the clrmamepro board for discussion. Feel free to send me your cmpro.ini, *.dat/*.cmp file for your used profile.

Solved! Many thanks.
I did two consecutive scans, one added tmss_usa.bin to genesis.zip but showed genesis set as missing and the second one showed no missing sets.
