Tekken in 169 missing c76.bin

Attempting to run Tekken in 169. I downloaded mame ui to see what files were missing. Came up with c76.bin not found (tried in tekken namcoc76.)

Does this mean the rom is out of date? Do I need to rebuild? (this is a new concept for me).

c76.bin is in namcoc76.zip.

Thanks Sune - I found the .bin in an old version of the rom and it's working.
