I'm looking for the actual artists/titles of these songs. I've corrected several already, but right now I'm stuck on Dobro Slider Blues by "Pat Andres." Most sources of information trace back to YouTube videos that get their information from the inaccurate list that was a blog post by the dev. I'm looking for something more authoritative.
Anyone?

You have weird obsessions. 
There's a fresh comment on that YouTube page you linked which says the artist's name is Pat Andrews. It appears to be this guy:

The track is 6 down from the top and appears to actually be called "Dobro Slider Blues". Looks like it's a pretty generic blues track made specifically to be licensed.

I have the game, and like some of the songs, which happen to be in the game folders in .ogg format, so I've stuck them in my music library.
It's really more blues than anything.

I beat you to that one. The post is mine.
That track is VERY generic, to the point that you know what's coming next the first time you hear it. But it's part of the set.
Once I've named them all, I'll need to figure out which ones go to what parts of the game so I can cut them apart.
Game's logo's font: Gypsy Killer. "Cover art" produced.

Now I just need to arrange them into a sensible order.
It didn't help that:
Kenneth Sorenson – God Damn Better is The Dirty Diary - God Damn Better AND/OR The Dirty Diary - Broken Guitar String Blues (Take Two).
Kenneth Sorenson – S’Alright is The Dirty Diary - Soilent Grease.
Sam Wale has no genre affiliation.
Ibra Bordsen recorded that track specifically for the game, as one of four demos. The only song made for the game.
