Problem in MAME bug reports

At Mametesters, I noticed that inside MAME bug reports, the link to view the source (in the upper right corner) gives a 404 error.
Recently (in the 0.167-0.168 cycle) every driver has been renamed from *.c to *.cpp. So the report page generator should be updated to reflect this change.
MESS bug reports seems OK.

There is a lot of work to convert stuff to .cpp - but fixing the link might be possible.
EDIT: I've done a quick fix to append to the end of the driver.c lookup a "pp" to look that up instead. Also, switched the MESS lookup (was used github until the MAME/MESS merge) to also use MAME since it is all in one now.
