Actually, more like 0.1%.

I seem to recall a LONG time ago, when we first became aware of this arcade museum, that one of our number reached out to them. They were interested in working together, but they were deep in the midst of arcade game restoration at the time. Anyhow, they know we exist, is all. And perhaps I misremember.

You can play simulations of some of these games here.

Dumping roms (if there are any) is probably the easiest part. Then you've got to find schematics and semiconductor datasheets for obsolete Soviet parts and translate them. Also, it looks like most of the games are electro-mechanical or discrete logic.

Yeah, this is just a retro recap, though I think it was only a few years ago. Less than five I'm pretty sure. Might be a better-written article, as I remember.....
