Need help with a new idea.

Does anybody know if you can use a VR helmet, like on Vortex V3, to control what would be usually controlled by a mouse. Think of games like call of duty, where you look around with the mouse, this way you could just actually look around.
Any input is appreciated.

Probably, but definitely not in a MAME context. Rotating your head/body to control a spinner in something like Tempest would be a good way to end up in the emergency room
