What NVRAMs do you backup?

I keep copies of the nvram files of Raiden Fighters, Raiden Fighters 2, Raiden Fighters Jet, Viper Phase One and Raycrisis. The reason is the long countdown when you start the games. Do you know of more cases like these?
You can also mention other reasons. For instance, I also keep the files of the Metal Slug games (to have always blood enabled).

Why don't you use the no-cd clones?

Hmmmmm... I wanna play Red Earth/Warzard... ...Where is the NO CD clone ??? Also there are no US/EU versions of NO CD clones, except of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
P.S. Taito GNET games.

There are a bunch more....
- CPS2 games for some special settings e.g. demo music on, etc. - NEOGEO (not only Metal Slug)... - PGM, later CAVE games too. - KONAMIGX-based games always for some special settings (e.g. blood enabled in Violent Storm)
If have to say the truth, I'd do a backup of my whole NVRAM and CFG folders.

I have 1,668 NVRAMS files in my folder that equal 2.50 GB.

Robotron 2084 and most of the other Williams games from that period save part of the high score table to NVRAM.
Also some games require calibration before their controls will work, such as Terminator 2. I hardly ever play games anymore, if you had asked the same question 10 years ago I could probably have made you a long list.

I had no idea about blood in Violent Storm. It's cool. Any other good games with hidden violent mode?

It's easier to, like joey intimated, copy the folder.

Tekken series. No NVRAM = no extra characters for a very long time (with the exception of Tekken 1, which didn't offer playable bosses until the PlayStation version).
