I noticed that the videos show up as messed up on Divx, no video in QuickTime, and in Mala, they dont work at all.

Sorry, Mr. Complainer here again...
1. For your arcade WWW XML file, the DAT file "pS_VideoSnaps_20150709_(cm)" is missing the extension.
2. Will you be adding the extended icon DAT file to the WWW mode file?
3. Have you thought of adding the Mamu icon DAT file to the WWW mode file, since it is being updated.
4. I noticed that the samples DAT files and the icon DAT files are not listed on your DAT file page. Are they separated for a reason?

2. No. That collection is not entirely the result of my work; I just do completions waiting Mamu_ continue the work.
3. No.
4. As for the response 2: it is two resources that contribute to distribute, but which are not carried by progetto-SNAPS.

The web site will be available within a couple of months.
I will announce on this and other forums.
Mainly, this site is for emulation world and the firsts 2 steps are to cover Mame and Mess, with all kind of informations, images, documents (no rom files, ever).
The VideoSnaps project is born to complete the detail page of each game: I have supported different kind of videos like faster gameplay (speedrun), complete gameplay (longplays) and preview gameplay (shortplays).
The next steps will include an utility for Windows to download all of these files from this site to local computer, to easy complete personal collection and with emulator front-ends.
You will have many options to download individual type of file (i.e. video preview only), only a list of games (list saved on the site, list from local file ini, etc), to rename file accordingly with parent/clone mechanism, the format of file to be downloaded (mp4, avi), etc.
After done this, I will translate the site in english and then I will create a kind of "emulator web front-end", that will display games in a more attractive mode (slide/pan effects, background changes to reflect the system searched, etc).
All these works need a lot of time and now I almost finished the database os Mess (file system structures, tables structures, data, indexes, etc).
I'm woking on it from january 2015.

As of MAME 0.163, if you count all the working games and filter out the mechanical and clones, there are exactly 4,100 working video arcade games. So do you plan on making 4,100 Video Snaps?
And in your first post in this thread, you posted the following:
