How do I make IV-play show games that I only have?

Kinda amateur into the MAME scene. Any help would be appreciated.
How the I hide/remove all these bunch of games that I don't even have and only show games that I only have?
I already audited the games I have on MAMEUI64 and I'm lost from there.

When you have IV-Play running, hit the F1 key and, under Favorites Mode, select Only Favorites. To add games to your favorites list, edit the favorites.ini file in the iv-play directory and just add the rom name of the game you want to the list

You can use mamuifx. It has an option to show available games only.

Alt-D is quicker to toggle the view modes between all games, favorites + games, and just favorites.
Ctrl-D adds or removes games from the list into and out of favorites.
There is no concept of an available view/audit, since I like the concept of having them all showing. You can press the favorites concept into play if you want just a subset to be viewable.

Is there a faste rway of adding games to favorite list? Instead of manually going 1 by 1 on my games. I have over 1000 games and adding them 1 by 1 is kind of a hassle. Is there like a notepad in the MAME folder that lists all of my audited/available games, so I can copy and paste that to the favorite lists?

You could just do a 'dir /b > favorites.ini' of the \roms directory and then use notepad to do a search and replace on the '.zip' portion with nothing, and save.

i didn't quite get that....
is that a cmd command? And also... I just figured out that 30% of my games are not working, but they work on an older build of MAME.
