so I recently finished space harrier and I started playing fantasy zone when I realized the quote from the beginning of space harrier "welcome to the FANTASY ZONE, get ready!" implies that space harrier takes place in the same setting as fantasy zone
Finish Space Harrier? Never played more than a few minutes to know it had one. Space Harrier is terribly boring, kind of like how Blaster is pretty boring. Afterburner is somewhat better. Galaxy Force is probably the best of the lot.

While I do agree that Galaxy Force (II) is the best (fun wise) it is also the slowest moving of the 3.
