Updated to 0.162 ...
In case you're wondering, it only does MESS (like before).
By using the correct compile parameters (TARGET=mame OSD=messui) it might work with the new all-in-one MAME (UME rebadged), but I haven't had time to try that as yet. If it does work, it may take quite a while to start up.

I built MAMEUI64 without SUBTARGET=arcade and the MESS drivers show up fine. For example, I launch NES /Famicon (NTSC), then Ican use the internal UI to browse to a file to load. Hit reset and bam, playing Super Mario Bros. I haven't tried with the MESSUI, but I'm pretty sure it will be fine. Maybe I'll try tomorrow. Time for bed now.
