Double Wings has sound bgm bugs

Hello,Mamedev,I have played Double Wings in Mame 0.161 that the sound bgm has problems,please check it ,thanks!

I didn't find anything wrong with the sounds. Is there a level that having sounds issue? First level sounds is fine.

Some levels has wrong bgm music if you can't defeat the boss at right times

Like I mentioned elsewhere, please record an input file (-record) with mame 0.161 so that it can be used to play through the game and won't exhibit the issues that using save states might introduce.
I'm still not sure exactly what boss, what level, what circumstances are at play here as your description of the bug is vague. I understand there is a language translation issue here, but please do your best to fully describe when things go different.
Does it only malfunction when using save states? , Precisely where/when does the music mess up?
Using that VIDEO you found for reference, please indicate where the problem occurs in emulation.

Logged for you on MT.. seems to be pretty random when it happens but the -playback shows it clearly.
