No one on mamedev knew about it, thus no one tried to fix it. That's the reason reporting bugs at Mametesters it's really important. Some difficult ones won't probably be solved in the short term, but a lot of the easy one can be quickly squashed.

Yeah, Osso is good at fixing easy bugs, but he leaves the hard ones for others ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif) Actually, it’s really good work Osso does, even if he only goes for “easy” bugs, as every bug Osso fixes is a bug someone else doesn’t have to investigate, so it makes everyone more productive. And I really did appreciate the fixes for Psikyo screen flipping and Mahjong Sisters sound crashes.
