Compile error mame 64

I have errors compiling mame64 with:
make OSD=windows TARGET=mame SUBTARGET=mame PTR64=1 TOOLS=1
Converting src/mame/layout/seawolf.lay...
Converting src/mame/layout/mpu4plasma.lay...
Converting src/mame/layout/aristmk4.lay...
Converting src/mame/layout/bfmsys85.lay...
Converting src/mame/layout/sc1_vid.lay...
process_begin: CreateProcess(NULL, moc src/osd/modules/debugger/qt/dasmwindow.
-o build/generated/osd/modules/debugger/qt/dasmwindow.moc.c, ...) failed.
make (e=2):
make: *** [build/generated/osd/modules/debugger/qt/dasmwindow.moc.c] Error 2
Any idea? I compile OK yesterday.

What toolchain are you using?
Your command line seems more complicated than necessary.
make all should give mame64.exe with tools.

I used now:
make all
and i have the same error.
The toolchain are the mame build tools news.
Thanks redk9258, i found the error. Path wrong.
