Sega Saturn Emulator with the flying space ship?
#337824 - 03/18/15 09:17 PM

Does anyone know of a emulator that emulates the Sega Saturn media player? I would like to have that space shuttle fly around while I stream music.

I believe MESS/UME's Saturn driver works for the media player, or at least it did at one time

While many 2D games without alpha blending and few polygons run all fine, playing audio tracks with the Saturn BIOS gives me %75-%80 speed on my Sandy Bridge i5-2300.

Dude, just because something's new doesn't mean it's any good. You can look up the specs yourself, it's crap for emulation. The Raspberry Pi 2 is not any good for accurate emulation or emulation of systems that require a good CPU to emulate, the Pipo X7 is not any good for that, the Zugzwang N4 is not any good for that, the ShinyNewThing Alpha Plus is not any good for that, and I'm pretty sure the BuzzwordBingo Ten is also not any good for it. If it's cheap, it's crap. It's cheap for a reason.
