Double barrel shots from the Gat

Jupiter Ascending. I thought I was going to love this movie. Not so much. Lots of potential, but I'll blame this one on the director. An example gripe... what the hell is he skating against? He's hovering against gravity... so the whole need to move his legs like he's pushing off against some slippery foundation with his feet like skates on ice was too contrived... along with most of the movie. Contrived is a good single adjective to sum it up.
50 Shades of Gray. I can't be the only husband here who going to be forced to sit through this one on Valentines Day. Ugh. Then I'm sure I'll be expected to go home and pull her hair and spank her ass and stuff. Pshhh. Kill me now.

Never read it, but from what I've heard - it sounds rather pornographic. Not sure how that's gunna work without an NC-17 rating.

I've heard some people are calling it worse than Battlefield Earth. I find that difficult to imagine.

I agree on the 50 shades of grey, from what i had heard about it and then that they were going to make a movie, my first thought was "they need to make it overseas" because american directors and movie studios here are afraid to push any limits.
Sounds like they should have tinto brass bring this one to the big screen.
If from what i understand, kept it true to the book would be close to a porno, but on the upside women couldn't b*tch because they are the ones that made it a number 1 seller !

What's crazy is that I know who tinto brass is! And I THINK only because Andrew had posted some booty shot with a reference to some foreign flick that I then saw based on that recommendation.

Didn't make it to Valentines Day... its opening night, we're an hour early, and the theater is PACKED! And looking sround, I see ONE other dude. ONE!

The two main leads in Jupiter Ascending aren't good actors. They're not really good enough to carry a movie.

I am DYING to find a porno movie that actually has some half-decent acting and story. And nice sets would help too. Any recommendations? Or should I just shoot myself and end the misery?

There's Pirates. It has good sets, and Tommy Gunn plays his part well, but none of the others can act, and the CG skeletons are laughably bad.

This is funny. I was just yesterday thinking about how romance and dramas since the 80s with sex scenes in 'em have been some degree of soft porn. And they often do it well. These are the things you guys should be taking pointers from......
I happened upon Pirates recently, via a little flash ad in the right pane of a porn vid site. Apparently the production company has some money behind them, cos they've been doing those flicks for some years, now.
But, yeah, Pirates was terrible. And pretty soft, too. No anal. Fuck. I haven't fired up the sequel. Flygirls was pretty decent (my first foray into their stuff).
Thing is, these people can't really make love, at least on camera, so no real good stuff. I guess I should run out to Hollywood, cos there might be startin ta get a market for the real thing.
