Anyone else having the same issue with that game!
No offense Haze but exactly what compatibility has been increased with the legendary 3d systems the Model 2 and 3! Wasn't La Machineguns booting already or is it Supermodel i was thinking of!

Daytona USA 2 has never worked in MAME. There's a useful note in the source about that from about 3 years ago. Perhaps you're getting confused with SuperModel?

Haze made no promises and showed no screenshots regarding Daytona USA 2. The games he did show working better in MAME really do work better in MAME, relative to previous versions of MAME.

I read on the news submission board that he got some encryption code or something that will make some Model 2 and 3 games boot that didn't boot before.
Anyway it is up to you guys the changes, not contracted, free work.

True that...I don't even think Daytona USA 2 got any updates from the implementation of the encryption keys...
