Can I add games to my existing arcade cocktail table

Just purchased a retro arcade cocktail table from Sam's Club. It already has 60 games on it. I wanted to know if its possible to add more arcade games. I have full access to all in the inner hardware of the system too. I am completely new to this but catch on easy so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rip out the guts and put a PC in there with MAME.

Is there any way I can just add games to the motherboard that is running the games now? I would really not want to disrupt what has already been put together.

Talking about those 60 in 1 boards around here is a sore subject. I believe there is unauthorized MAME code used in them and the games are not really licensed from Nintendo, Namco, etc. I'm surprised that Sam's was selling such a thing. Anyway, I don't think you can add games.

What surprises me is that the copyright holders of the games involved dont care enough to go after the blatant for-profit copyright violations (they probably cant go after the bootleggers in China but they can most likely go after anyone selling one of these things in a country like the US or Australia and can definitely go after anyone using one of these machines in an arcade to make money)
