How about this tablet for emulation?

Hi guys. Was looking at tablets and seems this is a pretty good one for the price. Can you look at the specs and tell me if the older versions of mame such as WolfMame 0.106 can run most of the 90s or earlier 2D games(ie MK, Street Fighter III, etc)?

What are your thoughts. Will I have any issues? Does mame run better on Win7 or Win 8.1?

An Atom processor with a turbo peak of 1.83GHz? Seems like you'd be better putting together a pile of 179 dollar bills and then dropping a massive deuce on it. Then at least it'd entertain Smitdogg, because you're sure as hell not going to get much entertainment out of something that low-end.

That means nothing for emulation, which is inherently a single-threaded task. The only way the extra cores would help is if you were running 3D games that make use of poly.h, which you sure aren't going to be on that sort of a CPU.
