Sega Saturn SH-1 rom dump

I was reading another forum and I found this http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?52419-Saturn-CD-Block-ROM-dumped which indicates that someone has been able to dump the internal ROM from the SH-1 of the Sega Saturn. Last I heard, this was something sent for decapping but wasn't decapped (forget if it was problems getting the data out or if it just didn't get done before the decapping work stopped).
Does this dump mean decapping is no longer necessary for the Saturn chips? (and if so how come its not in MESS?)

It's been hoarded. Do you really need it spelled out for you? And why is this in the News Submission board anyway? People hoard obscure dumps, news at 11.

Charles MacDonald should be able to duplicate his results as far as dumping the chip, but I have been unable to get in contact with him. If anyone's talking to him now on IRC or whatever, please point him to that assemblergames thread.
The original dumper is hoarding the dump for use in a for-profit SD card multigame thingy for the Saturn that replaces the original CD drive.

You can get in touch with Charles through the DU list. I talked with him recently, he is around.
