Dumping Mortal Kombat ROMs

Hello,
I wanna obtain the original arcade boards and dump the ROMs for the Arcade Versions of MK1, MK2, MK3, and UMK3. After I do that, I also wanna dump the ROMs for the cartridges of the SNES versions of the games (which I already own).
Can you guys help me out with this? Like what equipment do I need to do it, etc...

Here's a clip that shows some of the stuff you need:
There are lots more videos like that one. If you're buying boards just to dump the ROMs, they don't necessarily have to be in working order, just make sure all the ROM chips are there before buying the board.
For the SNES you can get the retrode, it's kind of cheating though since it reads the data from the cartridge connector.
