Dude it's just video mirroring. Your OS can do that for you.

He's marveling that they had that back then. Didn't caught on much. Maybe at really big, big city arcades. I never saw it except maybe at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Maybe. (Wonder whether they had horizontal units, too....) They started having monitors playing Looney Tunes all over the ride lines in the late 80s, or definitely early 90s.
