Just compiled MAME from the latest SVN with no errors.
End Of Mame Compiler Output:
Archiving obj/windows64/mame/tehkan.a... Archiving obj/windows64/mame/veltmjr.a... Archiving obj/windows64/mame/zaccaria.a... Archiving obj/windows64/mame/misc.a... Archiving obj/windows64/mame/pinball.a... Archiving obj/windows64/mame/mame/libbus.a... Archiving obj/windows64/libemu.a... Linking mame64.exe... Finished! 0 Hours 16 Minutes and 58 Seconds Elapsed.
Did you delete the old obj folder?

This error has been fixed in more recent SVN of the one you probably used to compile.
EDIT: or better, it looks like you didn't updated your BUBLBOBL.C driver...

I used r31797 the first time and then r31806, got the bublbobl error again. Replaced Mingw still same error. Shouldn't 31806 have the updated driver.

Thing is, you are using a modified driver for bublbobl.c (likely MAMEUIFX-based.. adding those LOST CAVE versions) and it doesn't know that 3 of the games changed names in recent SVN. While your MAME.LST file from SVN would have the correct names, the driver does not, so it will not compile.
If you are using non-svn code as it appears in this case, there is little more we can help you with.
