You can't look at your own graphics or anything else. It's for everyone else to see when you're driving. Same with vanity/custom plates.
Now, who knows what old boy on the bike was thinking, whether he cared, or whatever. He was being smart and keeping his head forward and eyes on the road. Girl there, though, she apparently couldn't join in the camaraderie - by, say, spanking her ass and stuff....
Still. Very juvenile of the video owner. One hoot, okay. I'm glensing he's a fat ass who gets no trim.

I don't have 'em, but there's a far more useful purpose. Way easier to remember. Comes in handy when some place announces x car with y license plate left your lights on...

The only vanity plate I care much about is my own. Now can you guess what it is?
As for lights. Even my '93 Corolla auto-turned off the lights after a few minutes of the ignition being off....
