Look like there is some kind of Pinball score box at the bottom.

Bullets light up on the bezel.

Lights light up at the top. Don't know about the tail red lights on the bezel.

I think there is some other places on the bezel have lights as well.

Here is two videos of what the machine look like.





By the way. The game doesn't work. Just the LED works on MAME. Be in shock when they get it fully working later on.
