Can someone tell me what this derivative is. The description says:

But I still don't understand. I don't know what "tiny/ncp" means.

Tiny would only include the drivers you want. Basically cut down from the full amount of hardware emulated. I'm assuming NCP is an acronym for NeoGeo/CPS1-2-3/PGM.
Maybe it makes rom kiddies who only want those systems feel better when their CLRMame Pro shows they have all the sets
