There's a rare Sega game from the 90s up for auction that ShouTime is bidding on. I've never seen it for sale ever. We don't know what it will bid up to but he is guessing ~$500. If you want to know the game and/or to donate, send me a private message. The donations will need to be sent directly to ShouTime, I can give you his paypal address. If there is any money left over, there is also a minigame PCB we are wanting to bid on a few days later that we can put leftovers toward.
Thanks so far to: ShouTime Kevin Eshbach rtw B2K24 Gor Dullaron anonymous Mucci gregf ghoolster

We won the auction, but it went for a lot more than what came in in donations so if anyone can still help out, let me know. Also I made a copy/paste error before, it's actually from the 80s, not 90s.

The game is the cabinet linkable version of Power Drift. It uses a different rom set and an extra board for each cabinet with a rom that handles the linking. So basically you'll be able to play the game against another human over mamehub or whatever once it's hooked up correctly.

its more a new version of power drift from the description @ http://unmamed.mameworld.info/non_sega.html
A maximum of eight cabinets can be linked though the Japanese version is four cabinets. There are other changes from the single player version. You can choose an automatic or manual transmission. Qualifying for the next stage changes depending on the race. In practice it's the top 12, in stage one it's the top 6, but in stage 5 it's only the top 2! There are a total of six stages, practice and five regular stages. There's new course layouts, but the secret Extra Course in the normal version is deleted. A final difference is that a high-ranking stage winner can get bonus points.
