And has a Nintendo DS version with card reader included, not working if not have this card reader

What made me go O_o was the over two minutes from coin insert to gameplay. Aren't arcade games supposed to take your quarter and kill you quickly?

Maybe it's 10 credits to play or something.
I can picture that game being a hit at Chuck E Cheese's where little kids dump tons of party tokens in the machine and Dance/laugh along with the Dogs.

The game has 2 parts: 1 is a raising sim for your dog, the other is the rhythm game portion.

There are more Arcade games that I saw that uses coins and cards to play. Dragon Ball and Pokemon I think. No telling how many machines out there that uses coins and cards to play. I guest Arcade gone to the next level on this kind of BS. I can't see Neo-Geo or SNK require playing cards in order to play. What next? Stripper Arcade game that require a live stream camera? 
Anyway I won't be playing these on MAME if the cards needed to play.

LANGUAGE OTAKU WEEABOO NERD ALERT
The Japanese word spells "Wantertainment." As in "wan", the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of a dog barking.
I know, the game spells it as Won!tertainment, but Japanese games rarely spell foreign words correctly.
