Borderless window mode in MAME

So, are there any plans to add support for borderless window mode in MAME? It would be nice. It's pretty easy to make the change, but I don't know how mamedev actually wants to implement the option.

I haven't played any game in windowed mode since my first few months of being into it, but then I've played zero (0) games without arcade controls since then, as well. In any case...it normally goes like this:
- someone on the team is interested, and does it.
- someone outside the team is interested, does it, and submits it.
Given the second instance of this topic, I'm thinking option number two. So go for it, beau, and submit it.
