Replacement joysticks?

I'm thinking of replacing the joysticks in my control panel with a couple of red, ball-top ones. There's quite a few on ebay but the price varies quite a lot. Should I avoid getting the cheaper, no-name ones? What brands are considered good, other than Happs?
Cheers.

the cheap zippyy ones are not too bad as long as you dont mind light springs and loud microswitches be aware they come in both long and short shaft versions

Thanks for the info. I'm wondering if it'd be possible to simply buy the actual joystick shafts (with ball on top) only, and fit them into my existing joystick units? Does anywhere even sell just the shafts?

it might be possible as long as you know exactly what your model of current joysticks are so you dont end up with the wrong shafts. the guys over at the jamma+ forums (uk site) have loads of spare parts like that going (often free), so consider heading over to there and asking in the wanted section (put up some clear pics of your existing shafts though, perhaps with dimensions or as much info as possible so they can check if they have exactly what u are after)
