Different games with different monitors

Hi,

I have 2 monitors connected to my pc. Is it possible to tell Mame(or variants) to launch vertical games on one monitor and horizontal games on the other?

Should be possible on Windows using a vertical.ini to override the display option. Not entirely sure how to do it as I use SDL MAME most of the time.
