Winding Heat randomly partially freezes in MAME 0.152

Checked MAME Testers and this wasn't reported.
Also found this video that shows the same bug:

Just like in the video, when mine freezes it shows a list of, I guess roms, with all OK except one: "18Q BAD"
This happens with all the clones too.

The chip shows "BAD" when resetting the game (to see that it is actually BAD) and it messes up gameplay.
