Hey all,
Just saw this video the other day, and I completely forgot that this game also used an 8-track for background sound...similar to the concert stage in Journey.

Any samples available or plans to merge this into MAME?

Bought a tape awhile ago, sent it to italie, and he ripped it for us. After that, hap hooked it up in the driver.

Cool, thanks for the info! So I have all of the current samples for 0.152, and they are sitting in the "samples" folder, but I'm not hearing anything play. If I open the files themselves, they play fine. Is there a switch or something within the mame.ini that I need to flip in order to play the samples during gameplay?

Someone correct me f I'm wrong but I think you need to make sure you are playing the dedicated version rom. If you play the Tron conversion it might not play.

At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms

All is well. For some strange reason not all of my samples made it over when I updated to 0.152.
