I'd like to give this guy grief, but I don't understand German so I can't even complain to the ISP:

If I remember correctly, the only line you can trust in the headers is the topmost "Received" line because that's the one that your server stamps on it. Everything else can be and probably is faked. Even if the source is legit, it's likely just some poor bastard who had his account compromised. If it were easy to trace spammers just from e-mail headers, there wouldn't be any spam.
Just out of curiosity... I get at least a half dozen e-mails like this a day in my junk folder. What did this particular one do to incur your wrath?

Create a free account on spamcop.net and report them. If enough people report them, then spam filters that use dns blocklists (which is likely all of them) will start blocking their mail servers.
You have to report a spam email with 24 or 48 hours I think. They only want fresh spam.
I've been reporting spam there for years and it seems to really help.

It sent the same thing more than once. It's at least the third copy of the same e-mail in as many days, and the fact that it tries to say it's from a bank (which, If I did use, I would definitely not use my hotmail account for contact).
