Depends on age. I was 165~175 until about 32. I keep pretty much between 185~192 now. A bit chunky for my build, but still barely within my height/weight standards.

It's a composite based upon averaging CDC data for men between 30 and 39. The average American male that age 5' 9.5" and 199 lbs, a little porky. The 35 year old dumb Yank in the attached example pic is 6'2" and 218 with a BMI of 28.0. He can apparently walk on water though, so he's got that going for him, which is nice.

I bet he's also aerodynamic while swimming. Or would that be hydrodynamic?

I think he was nearly harpooned, he wasn't all that hydrodynamic.
This example is 25 months older and weighs 40lbs less, with a BMI of 22.9, and he looks like he needs to eat a damned sammich. STAT. He also appears to be wincing in pain a bit, the first subject looks way jollier.
