Yeah, TinEye was the shit 6 years ago but Google Images has far surpassed TinEye in quality of results.
Just go to http://www.google.com/imghp
click on the Camera icon in the search bar and paste the URL or upload an image from your PC.

Doh! I can't believe I neglected to mention that Bing's reverse image search ain't too bad either, and sometimes it's even better than Google's reverse image search. I like to use both to see which gives better results.
