How to play Neo Geo games?

Hi,
I just downloaded MAME 0.149 command line version from mamedev.org and I am unable to run Neo Geo games like World Heroes 2 and Art of Fighting. I know it's because the game is missing Neo Geo BIOS ROM which I have also download but I don't know where to place them.
I copied Neo Geo BIOS ROM in root folder as well as individual game folder but no luck.

All roms go into the "roms" folder in the root of your MAME directory.

Shouldn't the mameworld page like have a big, red installation button on the top of the page, which handles "those" questions... I'm sure it's there somewhere, but people seem to not be able to find it.
Might be other reasons though, but don't want to offend anyone

If something is wrong, MAME will tell you what it is as long as your not using a no-nag patched out build

We've tried large red notices in the past. People assume they're banner ads and their eyes auto-skip them

Yes I know that and all other games that are inside roms folder are working except Neo Geo ones.

Ok I got it which files are missing by running following command:
mame wh2 -verifyroms
