Where are the new MAME 0.149 binaries?

There's a link on www.mamedev.com at the main page saying the version 0.149 is ready, but it's pointing to the 0.148 version.
Where can I download the latest 0.149 64bit version?

Yeah... Very strange. And in the banner at top right, it says "0.148 31 Dec 69"?!
It's likely they're working on the site. So, it should be temporary.

Site is working again... though the date is not correct due to a lingering issue. The release page comes up correctly now.
