Is braveff a bios file?

I've dowloaded a bios pack from a well-known webpage and EmuLoader finds a braveff.zip romset, identified as Brave Fighters (not-working) and not as a bios file. Is this game a bios or is it incorrectly included in the bios pack?

it's a game. it's bios is "hikaru".
Notice the text in games list's status bar (Emu Loader).
