It has significant hardware on top of System 23, including a camera and a separate computer board to handle it. What I'm saying is he just bought all of this and overspent and wants to know if anyone will paypal him so it won't be quite as devastating to his wallet. He's trying to get a replacement but who knows if/when that will happen. I don't know why CS still isn't dumped. He's short on time but also seems to prefer quick dumps like clones with only 2-3 chips to dump. Maybe CS has so many roms it seems overwhelming or something. Should happen soon but I don't know.
