He's stated that he didn't leave due to drama, and I believe him.

It sucks, but he must have a good reason for not doing MAME work. So we have to respect his decision.

There was drama, but no bridges were damaged in the process. I think his perception of tacit choice is incorrect, but I think even more that a vacation is a *good* thing to take.
