Compiler versions that were used to compile MAME

On the official MAME website you can download every version of MAME. Now what I'd like to know: Is there also a list of every compiler suite that was used for compiling each version of MAME?
So, let's say I want to compile MAME 0.136. And I not only need a compiler suite that works, but I want to use the very specific compiler suite that was uploaded to the site when MAME 0.136 was the current version. In this case, the version was "mingw-mame-w32-20100102.exe".
Is there a list with all compiler suites, with all MinGW MAME packages that were ever uploaded to the mamedev site, so that I can pick whichever version I want?

- go to http://www.mamedev.org/tools/ - click on the link in the line "Information about setting up the previous set of build tools from Aug 2012 is still available." - iterate until you find the package you desire.
notice that you can also find the compiler packs in the "Sticky Collection" board http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=emuadvice
and in principle, the lastest tool should be able to compile also the older version if you turn off the "treat-warning-as-error" (iirc NOWERROR=1 at command line)

Yeah, most versions since the introduction of SDLMAME in 0.107 should build with basically any GCC >= 4.0 if you use NOWERROR=1.
