Screen glow effect like the real ones does.

We all know that the arcade machine screen have the light effect with shadow fading going toward to the end. Already have the HLSL CRT screen effect but no light fading effect.
I'm hoping someday someone will work on this into HLSL. Make it more real.

yeah really wish extra GLSL features could be added. An excellent one adding bloom behind shadow mask and also a refresh vertical paint strobe is in the Micro64 emulator.. I was like.. woah

YT doesn't show the details well, but blooming through a mask is really sweet for vibrancy. Also other screen effects are having the lighting to edges be a bit dimmer, etc
