It's the Wiki one that it's actually based on ProgettoEmma. The bad dump / no dump page at ProgettoEMMA gets updated every time s_bastian updates ProgettoEMMA to a new MAME update/version. I just copy it from there (with his permission) to the Wiki.

Would it be a good idea MAME website have one too?
I don't think all will be re-dump or dump any time soon. Will take years or never will. Boards, CD's and lasers are getting shorter by each day. Plus the rare ones prices probably keep going up.
