I bought myself a Christmas present that is another SF2CE hack with air fireballs and whatnot. It uses custom program roms and a custom gal. It was labeled as Street Fighter II Champion Special Edition.

Never end with the hacks right. 
They haven't done any nudes yet.

This is a nice find. I wonder if this is one of the custom replacement ROMS that some US companies sold via mail order for some time.

Something like the Ryu and Ken penis come out when they are spinning. While Chun-Li tits and ass flaps when she does the flapping kicking. Gotta be very sick baster thinking of doing this kind of hack in China or what ever. lol
Not going to happen anyway. They are still busy doing other fuck up stuff. Here another idea that they could've done. Have them turn around and shoot fireballs out of their asses.

It's dumped along with some of my other SF2 hacks and I think added to FBA but not added to mame yet. Mamedevs aren't very interested in them but I think it will be added eventually.
