We got...I'll call it Street Fighter Vs. Knights of Valour until someone translates the sticker (PGM cart). It's a version of KOV with Street Fighter characters. Yes it rules that hard. Try not to wet yourself if possible. Especially if you read this on a phone in public, do not engage in public urination. All the characters have special moves and can use the bonus weapons. But still, please don't pee your pants.
It's one of the most interesting bootlegs I've seen, and really I should put quotes around the word "bootleg". The hardware has IGS etchings, reflective IGS stickers, roms with Sammy stickers(?), a dremeled down PLCC chip and a Lattice PLD surface mount chip that I'm guessing handles what the IGS027A used to? All in all it's probably the best made bootleg I've ever seen, to the point where I start to wonder if IGS set up a separate factory in mainland China to take advantage of the lack of copyright laws. Not that I'm familiar with Taiwanese copyright laws, but the quality and trouble they went to to make it look official even after it's taken apart is baffling, if it really has no direct ties to IGS in Taiwan.
Someone who's fluent/native in chinese should definitely confirm this but I think it is something like:
乱世街霸 luàn shì jiē bà , Chaotic World Street Fighter (霸 translates as "Forceful Ruler" but it looks like 街霸 is how they name Street Fighter in chinese? so I think Chaotic World Street Fighter would be correct.
I wasn't sure on the last two since they're so stylized and I'm terrible with stroke order and chinese in general but googling that name does find a fair amount of references to the game (including references to mame in the past??), so I think I got them correct.
There are "electronics malls" in mainland China where you can buy perfect reproductions of MS, Nokia, etc. hologram and other stickers (and of course a variety of knockoff devices and parts that have those stickers on them). It looks like they used the wrong roll of stickers on this one with the Sammy
They would have screwed up the graphics if they shrunk them though. It's not graphic artists who made it I'm sure. I haven't had time to compare bosses.
I’m convinced Mario is a hobo.
He wakes up everyday in the same clothes, runs around in sewers, and collects coins for a living.
At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms
